Care Transport Services is a non-emergency medical transportation provider based in Mankato, MN and has been serving south central Minnesota since the end of 2018.
Our mission is to provide safe, dependable, reliable and dignified non-emergency transportation services to those in need. With cost effective trips for all our members, we strive for great customer services for our clients.
We are known in the community for safety, integrity and compassion! Our reputation depends on quality care, respect, and understanding for our customers. Our drivers work independently with the customers to provide the best care possible!
All our vehicles are certified by the Minnesota Department of Transportation, annually, and approved by the Minnesota Department of Human Services. All our drivers must go thru extensive training along with certifications for Defensive Driving, Passenger Assistance, First Aid/CPR, Assistance in Wheelchairs, and Abusive Prevention along with passing Motor Vehicle Record checks every year.
All drivers also have to pass background checks. All vehicles in the fleet are inspected daily and are scheduled for routine preventive maintenance. All vehicles are ADA compliant.
