Office Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
Calls placed beyond these hours may not be answered until the following business day. Care Transport Services LLC observes the following holidays and will be closed, however, transportation will still be available as long as transportation is set up well in advance for the following days: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.

FAQs
What insurance companies do you use?
Currently, we accept Medical Assistance (Medicaid), BlueRide (service provided by Blue Cross Blue Shield), UCare, South County Health Alliance, and Private Pay with reasonable rates.
What kind of transport do you provide?
We provide ambulatory with assistance, wheelchair and stretcher transports.
Can I call the same day for a ride?
Yes, but we may not be able to accommodate your request depending on the day and time. Please call with as much notice as possible so we can accommodate you.
Do you transport to the Emergency Department?
No we do not. We are considered Non-Emergency Medical Transportation. Please CALL 911 if you need emergency transport.
Do you transport on nights, weekends and holidays?
Yes, but these services are limited depending on drivers availabilities. Please call for availability and more information.
Do you transport to a Wedding, Funeral, picnic or graduation?
Yes, we will transport to any social event as long as we have a driver available. Please call for availability.
